How do I use the money on my PintPass account?

Before you begin the redemption process, please confirm that you are running the most recent update of PintPass on your device to ensure proper app function.

Your PintPass account will generate a debit card that can be used at any location listed on PintPass that accepts MasterCard.

You must have $10 or more in your account in order to redeem. Check your balance at any time by clicking on My Tab in the bottom center of the app screen.

Click on the My Tab gold card to begin the redemption process. 

You must enter the TOTAL amount (including tip) that you want to charge to your PintPass card within the app.  

This card works like a debit card and cannot be overdrawn. If you enter "$8", the brewery must run the card for that exact amount, or it will be automatically declined.

* Split Tab * If you are paying for a portion of your tab with your PintPass card and plan to pay the rest with another payment method, please be sure to tell your server the EXACT amount to charge on your virtual card.  You can enter "$10", but the server still has to enter the amount correctly into their Point Of Sale system. 

Show the card number on the screen to your bartender or server and they will enter the card number and payment amount manually into their computer software sales system.
